Founded in 2004, MS Home Pool Services' main area of expertise is the full servicing, maintenance, and repair of residential swimming pools, spas, and adjacent equipment.
From the Spring Opening to the Winterization we will take care of everything from the beginning to the end and in between! We will pick up the unpleasant part of owning a pool from you and will leave you only with the good times spent around the pool with family and friends.
We will clean your pool, we will service your equipment, we will balance the chemicals in the water, and we will keep it that way all summer long.

This nationally-recognized certification is designed for service technicians who want to distinguish themselves by demonstrating best service practices, as well as better their abilities as a service professional.
MS Home Pool Services, Inc. Team has completed the coursework to become a Certified Pool & Spa operator through The Pool & Hot Tube Alliance. This nationally-recognized certification is designed for pool maintenance specialists who want to have a stronger understanding of safety, pool circulation and filtration, pool maintenance and water quality, as well as better their abilities as a pool maintenance professional.
The PHTA CBP program enhances the professional identity and academic background of our builder members through an emphasis on ethical standards, commitment to the highest standards of construction and workmanship, business stability and superior customer relations. To earn this certification, qualified PHTA members must successfully complete a standardized written examination that measures their knowledge of residential and commercial pool and spa construction
MS Home Pool Services, Inc. Team is certified by the National Plasterers Council industry for method of properly starting up the water chemistry and care of a newly surfaced swimming pool and/or spa. The course passed by Us cover five primary areas: The History and Chemistry of Swimming Pool Surfaces, Understanding Water Chemistry, Using a Water Test Kit, Start-Up Procedures and Start-Up Problems and Solutions.
MS Home Pool Services, Inc Team has completed the internationally recognized Certified Pool/Spa Operator certification program through the National Swimming Pool Foundation. This comprehensive program provides industry professionals with the basic knowledge, techniques and skills of daily pool and spa operations.

MS Home Pool Services Training
We offer the highest degree of ongoing professional development and training in the industry. Each of our maintenance guys and service technicians goes through a continuous training process under the tutelage of our Regional Service Manager who have the most recognized certificates in the pool industry (Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO), Certified Pool & Spa Building Professional (CBP), Certified Pool & Spa Service Technician (CST), Pool & Spa startup certification and more ). After the training, our technicians are also being evaluated and certified by the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA).

We provide each of our maintenance guys and technicians with state-of-the-art equipment and technology available in our industry. From high-end pool and spa vacuum machines that we use for our everyday cleaning service to the most reliable leak detection equipment on the market.
Training & Development
We offer our employees, many training and certification opportunities. Our training rooms are outfitted with a complete pool equipment set (pool control, automatic valves, pool filter, circulation pump, cleaner pump, and heater) that is always kept up to date with the newest pool equipment trends on the market.
The equipment is being disassembled and assembled for learning purposes by each member of our team under the supervision of our Service Manager until we know our team is ready to take care of our client's pool configurations. Up to date study books provided by PHTA (formerly APSP) keep the trainees up to date with our industry's best practices and standards related to their daily routines.
We understand that in order to provide a high level of pool and spa service the professional training must be a part of the career development for all of our technicians.

Background Checks: With many of our employees entering customer’s backyards and homes for repairs, maintenance, and replacement, each employee must pass a thorough and comprehensive background check before our company hires them and let them wear our uniform. This process allows our customers to be 100% sure that the technician at their pool is a person worthy of trust! Our employees represent our company, and we want to be sure that our reputation and family values are displayed through our respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable employees!
Drug Testing: When it comes to the work being performed, our customers can feel secure knowing that it is completed by fully competent technicians. We feel strongly that each of our employees must be able to pass a drug test before being hired. They are also asked to take drug tests once a month. These test dates are unknown to employees for maximum security and assurance. We believe our customers shouldn’t have to worry about being in their backyard or home alone with our employees, and our firm handle on testing for drugs helps us to ensure that they don’t.
Continuous Training: Our employees go through continuous training to bring our customers crystal clear pool and smooth operational equipment. In addition, they receive continuous classes, hands-on training, and technology training provide by the highest respect association in the USA "Pool & Hot Tub Alliance" so that they’re always up to date on the latest techniques and equipment. We pride ourselves in the continuous instruction of our employees because when they have the knowledge they need to do the job right, our customers benefit immensely!
